How to Order Each of the schools has a unique campus code for registration. Create Account To create an ordering account, click the ORDER LUNCH HERE Select 'Click Here" to create an account Fill in parent information On the left panel, select 'Children' Located at the top right corner, click 'Add Child' Enter your child's full name, grade, and class division Campus code is listed on the home page. Save your child's profile Place Order Sign into your account and click 'Order' Select the child you are ordering for Select the month you are ordering for Select your order from the calendar Submit order and click 'Pay Invoice' (A confirmation email is sent automatically. If you did not receive an email, log in to ensure your order has been paid for.) If you've deposited credit to your account, click 'Pay Invoice' and select 'Use Available Credit' to confirm payment. (An order confirmation will automatically be emailed). The email we have set up for parent e-transfers is payment@simplyfoods.ca. This email address is designated specifically to this purpose so it will be easy to track. It has been registered for auto-deposit which will eliminate the need for passwords. When setting up your account you will be required to go back to your email and click on a verification link. When you click on the verifcation link it may say that it is expired but it is not. Then it may ask for your email address again and state that it is already in use. These are small annoying glitches that are being ironed out so thank you for your patience in advance. *Orders must be placed at least two days prior to delivery date. Please note, orders can be cancelled by 8:00am on the delivery day. If it is too late to cancel, please make arrangements to pick up the order from the PAC kitchen at 2:15pm.*
Subsidies & Support All lunches have been partially subsidized. Subsidy Program We believe that no child should go hungry, and every child deserves access to healthy meals at school. To support this mission, we offer full subsidies to families, helping ensure that each child can enjoy ONE nutritious hot or cold lunch per service day. Who is eligible? This subsidized meal program is designed to assist families experiencing food security challenges or financial hardships—whether due to ongoing circumstances or temporary changes in employment or access to food. To qualify: • Your child must be enrolled in one of our elementary schools. • Your family’s situation fits one of the following: o Loss of regular income or employment. o Low or limited income. o A parent or caregiver is managing a medical condition that impacts their ability to work or care for the child. To apply for a fully subsidized lunch, please >> FILL OUT the linked online application form. Information collected in the form by the Mission Public Schools under s.26(a) and (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used by the Feeding Futures program to help setup your account that meals will be ordered through. This information will be shared with the Feeding Futures Manager, your child's Principal and select staff at Simply Foods, so that they may support your family with this program. Donations You can donate back to the Feeding Futures program via the lunch provider ordering site in $2.50 increments. If you wish to donate more, the Board of Education is registered with Revenue Canada as a charitable organization, and the Board supports the use of the district's charitable status to actively solicit donations to support local school and district programs, services and activities. BEST Foundation Information can be found under Administrative Procedures, Section 6 - Finance (links below): 6.6.1 School District Charitable Organization BEST Foundation Charitable Donation Form *Donations with the completed form can be submitted to the Director of Finance. Tax receipts will be issued for $25+ donations.
